Is a 90 day water fast ever a good idea, for anyone, anywhere?

After reading the Wikepedia Entry, I'm at least curious about this subject.

I'm also going to repost all the videos made during last years 21 day water fast. I will also post, for the first time, these video's to YouTube. It's interesting to note that I could not upload to YouTube from Thailand last year.

It's been many months since I've written here. My journey since the fast in Thailand and the return to Canada has been very interesting.

Last night I reviewed some of Kavita's Pranayama excercises and had the most wonderful sleep. I woke up refereshed and invigorated. If I only felt like that everyday. Tonight I did some more exercises.

Day 1:

I suffer from sleep apnea. I decided to do something about it. First I went to my doctor, he has signed me up for testing. That was 3 weeks ago now, and I'm tired of waiting. I don't want him to help me with it, his resources are a bit harsh. But I would like a bench mark. Let's pretend that the test finds my blood oxygen saturation level goes down to 80% during the night. I could start there and measure my progress. Unfortunately the testing process is slow.

Hi everybody,

I'm not vlogging today as I realized it had been 10 days since I actually took a day off of working with the computer. Blogging takes 10% of the time the vlog takes.

Today I react to a comment concerning my use of lime (I'm on the lime wagon now, promise).

I also discuss the Salty Face and the reason behind the "40 days".
